Ok gonna just rebuild my car mods I do have the ambulance in there but I see that the side lights don't work

If I delete mods folder out of gta directory that deletes all my added vehicles correct?

Is the mods folder strictly for cars only? I deleted mods folder an then added just the ambulance now its loading, I do not know what I did but ill fix all my cars again
