Solid 4 months late but I figured I would chip in where possible. CBP generally remains the same in lore, border patrol isn't seen in the story, but EUP L&O uses the PIA (we will get to that) logo on the right arm and the USBP logo on the left arm so I would use USBP under PIA. ICE is PIA, The Patriotism and Immigration Authority, the divisions again aren't really seen, but I would agree with SEI as a replacement name. TSA, USSS and USCG arent seen at all anywhere in game but I would say you would probably get away with just using their real names. Again I know its probably a bit late for you to implement these but I hope they helped.
