Nope. Still free. The paid version has a slight update to it but the one off of here still works fine.

 
 
Make sure you are using the updated version found here.

I would recommend using either Albo's plugins or BejoIjo's plugins. 

Here's a link to a Youtube video for closer understanding. As you can see from the video and the screenshots in ZModeler 3 the car looks completely fine, but then it just deforms. Look at the wheels, for example, the COLs are much larger, and the bodyshell is shorter and positioned incorrectly. I don't know what I did wrong, I've checked other in-game models and everything seems in order. Does anybody know why collisions are being deformed? Don't mind the textures, I just made the basic ones, will finish them later. Thanks for the help!

In that case its gtav/lspdfr/chars for the characters, If I remember correctly it still uses the games save files too.

You can reinstall LSPDFR using Manual Install.

You can change it in the PoliceRadio. M -> Police Radio -> Available for Calls

I misread. That should be PoliceToolbox  | Patrol Toolkot, If I am not mistaken. 

I don't know what may be causing this but try disabling the realistic weapon system in StopThePed. 

This log doesn't seem to have that error. The only thing I noticed was that the plugin persistent weapon flashlight is missing some files

I use nearly all of Bejoijo's plugins which are really immersive and have lots of updates! If you go to the downloads page on this website and click scripts and plugins you can see all the latest plugins/callouts which are up to date : D

Just to add, in the vehicles.meta file change the vehicle handling id (the one that is flipping such as police2) to "GRESLEY"  

You need to update GTA 5 and LSPDFR. That version you are running is very old, and using plugins meant for 0.4 will cause LSPDFR to crash. Cars are flipping because you need to edit the handling in the vehicles.meta file.
