    When I go to drag the "vehicles.meta" file into the gta5 level thing, It doesnt show up and when I drag it into the box below "vehicles.rpf" it shows a circle with a line threw it. When I go over to the side thing and drag and drop it into gta5 on the side it lets me drop it but it doesnt show up.
