    I'm having an issue where dispatch is constantly (every 2 seconds) dispatching swat units from headquarters while I'm not pressing anything! Has anyone else had this issue or know how to fix it?

    My rage plugin hook says it supports game version 2189, but I'm on version 2060 and the game doesn't have an update so I'm confused. also this, i verified integrity and it still says this.
