how do i use the mustang ingame after install? @krazzy

so ive been enjoying LSPDFR and saw you could install extra cars... i pressed install onto the Unmarked shelby 2020 Mustang 1.0. It came on to my file downloads and stayed in the file i launched the game and either idk how to access it or it didnt work could somebody help with both problems @krazzy @help

I can interact and arrest someone after a traffic stop however if there was a robbery i taze them, they put there hands up and no arrest options come up what do i do?
