  1. ELS not working for me

    Hello guys, first off all, sorry for my bad English, i have some problems with the ELS...that is not working for me. I installed a LSPD Mega Pack with some cars and els. I put the .xml files on ELS>pack_defaut>police...... and still not working. I have a video and a screenshot with my folder, i have Script hook and Asi loader. Because my video was higher than 4MB, i uploaded a video:
