whenever i go on duty, i recieve callouts but they don't show up on my screen and i only hear the audio.. any reason ?

what do i change ? i have my start as left shoulder and when i press triangle to get out it cancels the stop

whenever i start a traffic stop and then hop out to approach the suspect it cancels the stop on controller . im new to lspdfr and need help solving this.
