Here is my story...
The first time I installed and played LSPDFR it all was working fine, except for crashes every now and then which I suspect to be normal. I started to have some weird problems with my PC in multiple games so I decided to to a Windows Defender Full Scan and a Microsoft Defender Offline Scan. I don't know if this has caused any problems but I mentioned this because after that I would get an error whenever I tried to launch RAGE Plugin Hook that says, 'Insufficient permissions or bad antivirus'. The weird thing is that the only way I could fix this and successfully launch the mod is when I reset my computer. So if I opened the mod and then closed it, to be able to play again I would have to reset my PC. Eventually I was stuck up with having to do this so I uninstalled and reinstalled all of LSPDFR and my mods.
Since that, the RAGE Plugin Hook won't launch at all no matter what. I would go to my files, right click on RAGEPluginHook and open it. It would say 'Hooking game process', eventually to say 'Slow system or insufficient permissions', then a couple seconds later the same error message I got before would show up, again saying, 'Insufficient permissions or bad antivirus.' GTA 5 would then launch as if it is the vanilla game and I could go into online or story mode. And when I say I've tried about every fix I could find I'm not exaggerating. I've looked through every forum and every reply and tried any suggestions and watched any YouTube video I could find. I've tried totally disabling Windows Defender and running the game as administrator. I've totally uninstalled the game and the mods about 2-3 times now. I've also went into settings and enabled DirectX 11 and forced windowed mode and many more other solutions I could find. Nothing has worked and my only other thing I could think of is just factory resetting my computer but I really don't want to do that and I feel as it is unnecessary and there should be a solution. Am I missing something? Is my LSPDFR just forever gone? I'm stuck please help.
