Yes the game works fine without RAGE

Whenever I start RPH my game crashes on the loading screen and I have no idea why. Here is the log:

When I play LSPDFR, I can play perfectly fine for around 20 minutes but after that, the game starts to stutter really bad sometimes to the point where it's unplayable. I used to be able to play LSPDFR perfectly fine but now I can't. The mods have I have installed are Arrest Manager, Assorted Callouts, ComputerPlus, CopHolster, EUP, LSPDFR, and Traffic Policer. If anyone knows a fix to this issue I would appropriate it if you could tell me how to fix it, thanks. Also my CPU is a Intel Core i5-6600K and my GPU is a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050.
