    hey i'm having the same issue with EUP LO any help as of yet??? Hey I figured it out... Go to your Open IV and hit edit, Then go down to your open IV Mod folder and click on EUP LO and it will take you through the process to download it. Actullay it's called Open IV Mod Package is what you should look for under your GTA 5 folder, then just click on the EUP LO and it will load or it did for me
