In my State our state troopers got the unmarked chargers. They often sit on the side and people will often only look for marked police cars before speeding but i always see our troopers pulling people over left and right.

Considering it's a highway and it would mostly be used by state troopers, cars don't travel on the highway as much at least that is for me. Maybe You could write in the script to pick which lane you would like to scan ex. (Left lane, Right Lane) Could stop some lag if any occurs, but most likely will, but you will get it right with later versions! -Kate

Another one i can think of is wegame, i know some people who use that to record WOW, and some other call of duty games. My other suggestion is buying a Analog/Digital Video Conversion that plugs into your computer and no worry about FPS. -Kate

haha, i know right, i will do a traffic stop and then im writting up the traffic ticket and then the driver just drives away, and then im like eh ok wtf? I wasen't done with you lols.

Sorry for double post but, I will start with sniper's suggestion... I did go into the menu and i set my resolution one click higher and hit apply, next thing you know the screen froze on me and i had to back out of my game and close the application, not sure why it froze? I always mess around with the graphics settings when i play and never have a problem so i thought that was a bit strange. Now for Break's suggestion... I now do remember that i decreased my VRAM a few days ago and did not remember to set it back to the settings i usually use, so i went ahead and took a look at my VRAM and of course i knew right there and then that was my problem. So Thank you Break for reminding me about VRAM, otherwise i probley would have took me longer to solve my issue. Also, I would like to thank everyone who posted here, you know who you all are. To the topic starter, I agree Rockstar should've added female officers, in fact New York has alot of female officers more than you know it, but i assume rockstar did not add female officers because the extra work that would have to be put into it such as voices, ect. I quoted your post Sniper because this is the same female officer mod that is use, it's not the best out there but it's there. There is another female officer mod, a little more quality added to it, it's called missofficer. link can be found here: http://www.gtaforlife.com/gtaivmods/missofficer.zip This mod with the female cops only wear skirts, rather than wearing the regular nypd/lcpd offical clothing, but then again this is a mod.

Maybe just the patch update that GFWL will display, if not patched it wil just sign you out of live. I will try installing EFLC with my current GTA IV game and see if they both work with each other, and they should. I will attempt to do this later tonight, at the time im busy with illustrations ,.,.,.

You could download trainer V6.3 and spawn various models/bodyguards that will follow you, also there is an option to have one of your bodyguards or the model you selected to get into another car and will follow you, it's more complex and the menu can be a bit confusing to new users. It's kind of what your looking for but not really, i do understand what you are suggesting and it sounds like a great feature that could be added. -Kate

haha, i would agree with you as well, i have uninstalled and re-installed this game about 4 times one day and i was so sick of dealing with it, but i finally did get it to do what i wanted.

Most definitely not hardware issues, I have uninstalled the game at one point with the same mods that i am running now and i had no missing textures.

Not true, With patch 1.0.7.0 it add EFLC to the first screen and you would then have to pick which version of the game you want to play. I know you may not want to do this and it is very annoying but maybe a clean install of GTA IV should do the job, i also recommened that if you have Rockstar Social and GFWL installed you should uninstall both of those programs before you uninstall GTA IV and when you get GTA IV installed again you can go ahead and do the update and install those programs again.
