    This doesn't seem to be an LSPDFR issue as LSPDFR hasn't even started to load. Does it load without RAGE?

    Good afternoon buddy.
     
    Simply put, I place all vehicle mods in GTAV/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday14 . The game will load the latest version of a vehicle model from the latest patchday folder. This is what works for me. However, if you have vehicles that require you to replace a .meta file, then it's important to place them wherever they tell you to. I hope this helps
