Your GrammarPolice configuration file threw an error. You have edited something and made it a string (text) while it should be a boolean (true/false).

You're missing the PyroCommon.dll. Move that file from the DeadlyWeapons download archive to your main game directory. Move CalloutInterfaceAPI.dll from ./PluginsLSPDFR/ to your main directory. Update GrammarPolice Kuchera Callouts Super Callouts

Rename your original modded copy of gta to something else than its current name. Create a second copy of the game and whichever version you want to run, you’ll rename accordingly.

Modify your GTAV/Plugins/EUP/settings.ini and set SkipDLCCheck = true then retry.

You're having a crash caused by the prowler radar plugin. I suspect you installed something wrong. Try to perform a full reinstall of that plugin and see how it goes.

Also, update Riskier Traffic Stops and Plain Sight.
Move CalloutInterfaceAPI from /Plugins/LSPDFR/ to the main GTA folder.
Remove OfficerPorciPlugin. It has been renamed and is now called RadioRealismFR.

Well, it loaded fine. Make sure you hit the correct button for it. Check the ini for the keybinds that the plugin uses.

Plugins for LSPDFR will only load if you go on duty. They don't belong in the plugins folder itself but in the subfolder Plugins/LSPDFR.

However, the plugins which are meant to be in the plugins folder (i.e. LSPDFR, PersistentFlashlight) have to be loaded by Rage. Either through the F4 console with the LoadPlugin command or automatically on startup.

HI. Albos plugins are outdated and should therefore be replaced by newer equivalents. The prompt you get in game doesn't correlate with the date you downloaded the plugin. It was simply created for an earlier build of LSPDFR.
 
The latest version of RageNativeUI is 1.9.2. This link will always bring you to the latest version available on GitHub.

Start Rage and on the splash screen click on the cog icon ⚙️. Once a setup-like menu opens up, set the displayed number from 10000 to 60000. It is called Plugin timeout threshold.

That is sadly not possible since these files are copyrighted and can only obtained via the official sources. You’d have to ask the EUP team if they want to give you the older versions. No guarantees this will work out.

Your stations_sahp.xml has an error. Specifically on line 28. Make sure its syntax is valid. 
 

StopThePed is missing a file. Make sure it is installed in the appropriate location.
Could not find file 'C:\Program Files\Epic Games\GTAV\Plugins\LSPDFR\StopThePed\Localization.ini'.  

Press F4 and open the Rage console. Enter LoadPlugin LSPDFirstResponse.dll like in the prompt Rage will show you.

There is an issue with your JM Callouts config file. 
 
Also move DamageTrackingFramework from \Plugins\LSPDFR to \Plugins\

It’s due to how certain freemode peds faces are shaped. You can’t do much about it. Some combinations of facial features will have this issue and some won’t.

You download the plugins from their download page and install them like any other plugin. The files will overwrite itself.

Try to completely remove EUPMenu and the EUP files from your dlcpacks folder. Perform a full reinstall of EUP(Menu) and also make sure to use the latest RNUI version.

Try to remove PursuitPack (Or install SHVDN from here and keep PursuitPack). Update/Install RageNativeUI. If your issue persists after following these steps, send me a new log.

Update/install RageNativeUI from here. Drag and drop the DLL into your main directory.

The two tow trucks are currently broken. Calling the flatbed option instead will work.

First of all, welcome back to the community!

E activates the lights and sirens (Non-ELS cars) and J mutes the siren.

If you are using ELS however, you need to cycle through the lighting stages first until you hit code 3. Sirens can be turned on via G or the number keys (1, 2, 3 etc.) on top of your keys (not the numpad).
