Have you tried adding the entire GTA folder and the file mentioned specifically as an exception to your antivirus?

Can you temporarily remove some plugins and see if it helps? This happens because your LSPDFR is loading a bit slow.

Can you attach a screenshot of your Plugins and Plugins/LSPDFR folder(s).

A text of one of your config files (e.g. .ini or .XML) is in the wrong format. Have you edited any plugins config files lately?

Install something like BetterRadiance or RadianceV. Make sure to follow the instructions correctly as they also involve making changes to the GTA graphic settings.

You’re missing the .dll files from both plugins. Preform a clean reinstall of both of them and attach a new screenshot. Also, keep in mind this is an English only speaking forum.

Open the console and enter „LoadPlugin“ (without the „“). After that hit space and enter LSPD. With the tab key you can autofill the suggested name. Then you hit enter. Alternatively you can enter ReloadAllPlugins for all plugins to be un- and reloaded.

the yft file pulls textures from the ytd file. If there are still red lights it means you're missing textures in the ytd. There is usually more than one ELS-related texture btw.

Hello, As stated in my original post, I found nothing after searching for that more than a year ago. I noted the character's name was Reaper and it's a specialist from BO3. I can't send you a download link to something I never found.

There must be more files with red emergency lights on them.

You’ll have to recolour the actual texture inside the vehicles .ytd file. Go through the textures, export the relevant files and edit them via a program like paint net.
