  1. Suspect/AI vehicles won't spin out.

    hi!. when i try to pit a suspect vehicle during a pursuit, they wont spin out, i tried it out without any plugin/mods loaded and they spun out. but as soon as i start lspdfr and go on duty they wont spin out
