oh hippiecommunist had something similar in his mod pack, so it's possible. also someone found out how to make custom animations now ;). d_Crawl.CS - makes peds crawl and die when have very low health (might cause some lags, optionary use)

what's so hard to trigger an event by damaging a ped bone then apply injured walking animation... gtaiv isn't that limited lol but this idea was in my todo list.

I could probably fix, I had a similar idea for awhile. though I hate lcpdfr low life moderators who act like corrupted wannabe cops that don't follow the forums rules for ALL members so i'll won't be releasing anything to those pathetic bronies hypocrites.

Your logic makes sense, in a perfect world. Take away the right to bare arms won't stop gang bangers to get weapons or any other contraband. In any situation, criminals will always find a way to get illegal stuff PERIOD. So go ahead and whine about more non-sense that you never experienced outside your safe little bubble. But I do agree only cops should carry guns but that's never going to happen! NEVER! & didn't you know weed kills more people then alcohol?

non explosion should work... online anti-explosion script, its even good against evil modders & annoying rocket guns I enabled the script after the first explosion

Back in the day there was a .net script called "Noose Mod v2 by _hax", but his host link has been down for a long time & no one else mirrored the link. Would anyone still have this mod on there pc and would be nice though to re-upload for us. Seems like a really big project that needs funding, kickstarter is a great idea because it show me that developer are serious & shows donators what they're rewarded, so knowing that they will get something more in return would be the key. kickstarter = win-win GL
