  1. Can't get plugins to work.

    bean7391 posted a topic in LSPDFR 0.4 for Legacy Edition Support
    Im trying to use these plugins : ELS, Ultimate Backup, StopthePed, Unitedcallouts, and vehicle and gun mod. I am installing all the plugins into the plugin folder however when i play the game only Ultimate Backup StopthePed and unitedcallouts work. Anyone know how to fix all the other plugins? im installing all the mods the same way but only some work.
