i have no idea, what mods do you have installed, and does it only happen when you play lspdfr?
 

try removing albo's plugins traffic policer and arrestmanager and smart radio, and remove x64 from your mods folder and run the game

To Back it up to the desktop, just ctrl-c ctrl-v,
 
for new mods folder, delete the current one(do this after you copy to desktop), then creat a new folder called mods of coarse, and copy update folder and x64 to that new folder called mods.

For OpenIV Asi Under Tools Tab Go To ASI Manager And Install It There, All 3

Must be something screwed up in your mods folder, first make sure you have all of OpenIV's ASIs installed, and try,

If None Of Those Work Then Backup Your Mods Folder To Your Desktop, And Try To Create A New Fresh Mods Folder, Withouts Mods Then Try Running The Game.

So The LSPDFR Crashing Problem Is Resolved, Try, Reloading With Other Plug-ins, If That Works Try renaming Your Mods Folder back. Im Not Sure If Im Right, @Charlie686 , would probably have more of a general idea on what to do.

Hello. Have You Tried Running GTA 5 Without Rage Or LSPDFR? Do You Have ScripthookV.NET Installed? If So Unistall Because It Is Known To Create Issues With LSPDFR.

This issue is mostly caused by plugins.
 
 if you're constantly experiencing this, removing all plugins except LSPDFR, and check if that resolves the issue.
 
Also Make Sure That All Plugins Are Installed Correctly, For Example, The Spotlight Plugin Goes In Plugins Folder Not The LSPDFR Folder INSIDE The Plugins Folder.

Ok Try Removing Traffic Policer, Run It, If It Still Doesn't Work, Try Remove Immersive Dispatch, As I Believe It Caused An Error After A While Right Before The Crash.

They Would Be In The LSPDFR Folder In The Plugins Folder.
 
In Your Log It Also Says You Have Traffic Policer.
And That Plugin Frankly Does Not Like LSPDFR 4.8,
