  1. LSPDFR Mods not working

    i dont know if its just me or murphys law, but other than the plain basic LSPDFR program I cant seem to get a single additional mod to work, i have started over probably well over 20 times from scratch. and for the record im not computer illiterate. everybody has a different video on how to install the damn things and none of them work. NOT A SINGLE ONE! my pc is more than capable of running everything. they just dont load.
