    I have done as instructions have said though for some reason the program won't open at all. I Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the following, Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6, Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 SP1 Redistributable Package (x64), and Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 (x64). Any help would be appreciated.
