open the vest ytd in openiv right click on the texture and select replace. Then replace with the texture -
I personally do not own the glock, it is property of a member of the community i play in and that EUP was tested in, if i were to guess most likely Laggo.

Frankie he makes cool stuff. here is his website link. https://thinlinesanctuary.com/collections/miscellaneous/products/first-responders-tattoo-package i personally don't use EUP for LSPDFR so i don't know how to install it for the wardrobe.ini they are just textures so if you replace the current BCSO uniforms that you use they will work. Thank you very much I will be releasing more eup packs in the future and possibly some updates to this pack. I'm currently working on a SAST pack and I'm posting wip updates in my discord 😃 .
