You have to change quite a few things in the dat.files. Like things that start with night and day. -
Nothing much, just updated the 'read me' for it to be more relevant for first time users.

No it doesn't make massive amounts of bloom, it makes it just the right amount, nothing over the top. The reason I made this is because I couldn't stand the massive bloom on other radiances.

I just reinstalled Pinky Radiance and put it into my game and its fine. It might be your game try verifying your game files. I know for sure it works for FiveM, not a hundred percent sure for LSPDFR, but I assume its the same.

The Delaware State Police (blue) vehicles are Ripples Valor pack. I agree, this is how lights should look, not to dim or bright, just right. Usually works for majority of the graphics packs, it starts getting iffy if you have multiple graphics packs over each other.

Was this prior Pinky Radiance? Try verifying your game files for GTA and then relaunch the game.

Hey, not sure if this is the correct topic but my Rage Plugin Hook keeps crashing. This happens during the loading screen of GTA. Not sure what to do here, I've done many things such as disabling antivirus, compatibility mode stuff like that. Not sure what to do if you guys could help me.
