    im having a problem with fixing the arrest manager plugin with Albo125's troubleshooter Idk really know what any of this means. But whenever i try automatically fixing the error it says "Unable to obtain folder permissions. Please close all other applications before trying again." And i do have all other applications closed, my gta is closed, all the folders are closed, idk what else has to be done for it to work
