  1. I literally just cleaned up space to make sure I can get a backup of the important files. Cause I think I can leave out the main data files (like the update packs x64.rpf files, etc).
  2. Hey Waynieoaks, I didn't have any luck yet, but I've also been distracted by other things the last few days, lol. The only notifications I get are from a few mods upon going On Duty, and maybe a few rare ones. But I never get any results from Stop the Ped or most other mods, in short: No notifications that are actually important for doing the duties. I may reinstall GTA again, just didn't want to have to, LOL. Can maybe see if I can uninstall LSPDFR and reinstall it, get rid of all the 'added' folders by retracing my steps, see if that helps instead.
  3. I replaced the plugins folder with a fresh one that i copied after install... Does LSPDFR need to be replaced, too?
  4. Hm, I'm still not getting those test results, like the notification on the thumbnail of your video there, in the bottom left? The alcohol test, those don't show up for me, or ID requests, etc... Really strange!
  5. I think I've got too many, lol. And a lot of them overlap, which I think miiiight be causing the issue of me not getting the 'odor' pop-ups. I HAVE Stop the Ped, but whenever I do a breathalyzer test, it doesn't give me the results anywhere, it's weird. I had the same problem with vanilla LSPDFR when doing frisks, just didn't tell me what anyone had on 'em! I'm gonna give your list a try, here's mine, for reference and because why not: Computer+ CopHolster Interaction+ KTDFO SmartRadio StopthePed TrafficPolicer(I actually like this one, it has the mimic me feature, so you can make peds pull off the road further.) and UltimateBackup. I was looking at ImmersiveDispatch/Vocal Dispatch, then realized I don't know ANYTHING about how police radio works, though I would really like to learn, so if there's any resources...! You've got a nice and simple list though, I'll see about trying them out, I wanna try a fresh modlist, anyways.
  6. Hey again! Started playing around with LSPDFR again in SP, and threw a few mods in for fun, they're all very feature rich, but after watching videos of youtubers playing it, I think the mods I'm using are missing some features or I've messed something up... (For example, when doing breathalyzers and such, or interacting with a ped up close, I don't get the 'ped smells of marijuana' or the breathalyzer results!) Anyways, back to my original question before I went off topic with my issues: What mods do all of you guys play with? It can be a modpack or a handful of singles, anything! Lets find out whats popular and what outliers are there that are perhaps understated! 🙂 Looking forward to finding what everyone uses!
  7. Preeeetty much. I've spent many years dealing with that, not being involved in them now is... Well, I'm much happier and I have a lot more time for myself and other things that I enjoy MORE than 50% of the time, lol. So it's a nice change!
  8. Oh I know some of RageMP's servers, hence why I was really only looking at PD only stuff. I used to RP on FiveRP when it was a thing, and briefly on GTA-W, so I'm no stranger to it. Was even considering checking them out again... But more for the RP than the PD stuff, I really enjoy how LSPDFR feels, and it just wouldn't feel the same with real people. (Not that it wouldn't have it's perks, but... To me, dealing with other human players can be more of a pain than it's worth most times, lol!) But yeah, I'll definitely be doing some more research on more servers and plugins to find the best for MP! LSPDFR remains the golden standard though, even if it's only SP!
  9. Heyo UnknownBastion, Yeah, I did some more digging and asked around PoliceMP some in the meantime and found out that most of the multiplayer LSPDFR 'mods' are all remakes, since LSPDFR is built on script-hook. Bit of a shame, but I suppose it started as an SP mod and I can imagine the amount of work it would take to swing it into RageMP or something wouldn't be very easy, so I certainly don't blame them. I'll poke around some of the servers, thanks for the suggestion of FivePD, i'll add it to my list of servers to check out. If anyone else has suggestions of these servers, let me know! For now, I'll just do solo duties in LSPDFR! 😛 Cheers!
  10. Yes, I know this will get me either banned, or the topic deleted/locked, but I'm genuinely curious and wonder if there's a possibility of such a thing. Servers like PoliceMP and (I think?) Valor Gameplay seem to have LSPDFR (or similar/custom versions, at the very least) running on their servers. I'm not really personally looking for large scale numbers or anything. I've heard rumors and discussions people have had about being able to make it sort of work co-op, and those MP servers seem to work more or less? If they aren't actually using LSPDFR, then I stand corrected, I haven't personally checked them out yet. Honestly, I just wanted to see if there was any possibility of playing it with a buddy over RAGEMP on our own server, even if it's not officially supported by you guys, if it's loadable as a plugin or something, y'know? If anyone knows a way to do it, too, but can't say openly, send me a DM! Anyways, I do really appreciate all you guys have done with the mod and scripts, it's a load of fun and a joy to play with! And it's come a LONG way since when I last checked it out years ago! Cheers for all the hard work, have a good one! EDIT: Also, I'm sorry, this is something that you're probably tired of hearing, I just have a vain hope that it's somehow possible, no matter HOW difficult it might be for me! 🙂
