I think in this video you can also take away the fact that just cause someone wears a badge doesn't mean they aren't human. At 1:38 you can tell that the female officer panics and her gun gets stuck in her holster while her partner pulls his gun and saves her life. Just cause your a cop doesn't mean adrenaline cannot get the best of you.

I can see why you'd want this but it can take away the adrenaline-rush from the scenario. But like simulator said I haven't had a driver shoot me when hes still in the car.

Possibly but I since ELS has dropped in popularity (Obviously due to GTA Vs release) you have to navigate to the GTA IV section to get the file since its no longer on the featured in the downloads section. So. Also in the picture found here Bxbugs and LtCaine are friends (From what I hear) That light-bar doesn't look default to me (It might be default hard to see from glare/shadows)

Arrest without having to draw a weapon like LCPDFR 1.0 Its not a biggie but it can feel weird drawing a gun on someone when arresting them for a minor crime.

Yeah, When I go over one it automatically loads. I'll try a different trainer. I'll also try to re-install the patches. Thanks for the help! EDIT: Forgot to mention. alex's fix works. I re-installed the whole mod (just to be safe) I recommend you use the trainer he suggests until you get your outfit finished then just save with the trainer of your choice.- 2,341 comments

HELP: I don't use the suggested trainer (I don't think it affects anything) (I use: https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/simple-trainer-for-gtav ) When I tried to apply a rank patch it appeared as a black square? I also couldn't find the holster?

Can you get banned for using sound mods online? I am aware you get banned for modding cars/peds etc but i've seen youtubers w/ sound mods online.
