    i need help installing mods for gta on pc - i can get the cars installed and working change sirens sounds etc but i cant get native trainer or anything else to work if i put it in the gta game file. Car spawner will not work.. need help with this.. Plus i cant get any of the lights on any police-fire or ambulance to work as the els polce tool also will not work is there anyone that can help me over team viewer or help me via email??
