    1995 Multnomah County Oregon Caprice. I Used Propel's Chicago Pack For A Base But It should work on other Models I Used The Chicago Pack Because I couldn't find A Legit Multnomah Style Lightbar. This Is Basically A Sneak Peak To My Mulnomah County Livery Pack I Was Making The Older Cars First So I thought i would release this early Enjoy. IRL Photo For Reference
