Please delete update2.rpf from your mods folder & re-add a fresh copy from GTAV/update. 
Note that any graphics modifications will need to be re-installed, this cannot be avoided.

Unless you experiences crashes consistently, you shouldn't be concerned. 

Right click on the file -> Properties -> Security & give yourself full control.

Older versions are no longer available.
You should update GTAV (delete GTAV.exe & verify your game files). 🙂

1. First, ensure you are on the latest version of RAGENativeUI. You can download it from here.
2. If this doesn't work, remove CountyCallouts - I would encourage you to report it but it hasn't been updated in a year.

GTAV was updated, you will need to either downgrade or wait for RPH, LSPDFR, SHV etc. to be updated.

That's not a bug. You just need to finish your existing story mode missions before playing LSPDFR.

It depends on your dlclist.xml file -> they are loaded in that order and any later DLCs will override the previous (if something is found twice, like a vehicle)
This is why Patchdays work the way they do, and why you should always use the latest.
 
That said, it'll probably be best just to remove the taxi that you don't want to use.

They'll always come randomly - most likely, you aren't waiting long enough!
In order to increase their frequency, increase your Callout.Multipler in your GTAV/lspdfr/lspdfr.ini file. 🙂

Data at the root level is invalid. Line 28, position 1.

In order to find a clean copy of a file, you can head outside your mods folder - using the same path - and get a fresh file.
 
An example:
In your mods folder: GTAV/mods/update/update.rpf
Outside of your mods folder: GTAV/update/update.rpf

This does not mean they'll cause issues, but as plugins get older and fall behind the latest LSPDFR API, the possibility of them causing problems increases.
You are welcome to try re-adding them after your issue is fixed, and keeping them if you realise one of them isn't causing you issues.
But, I recommend their removal for the smoothest experience.

Lore Callouts is crashing your game in this log, as a vehicle is returning invalid. @ZPhDevs should look into this. Additionally, you should report this too them.

This crashed has been caused by ALPR+; it is outdated & behind the current LSPDFR API, which directly links to this issue.
You should remove it and if you'd like, check out ALPR Lite as an alternative.

Thanks for using 686 Callouts! (Not causing your issue - don't worry!)
The reason you are crashing is because you haven't installed RAGENativeUI, which is required for some plugin you've installed (Bejoijo's).
