Mods folder keeps crashing GTA5 and with RPH it just gives infinite loading

No Idea why my mods folder no longer works with the new update. during the 2802 build everything worked completely fine, all my plugins, mod folder and LSPDFR worked great. Now today I checked and they released a new LSPDFR build with RPH and script hook has a new version as well. I downloaded all the files. Uninstalled my old LSPDFR then reinstalled the new one that came out along with the new scripthook. Now again the issue I have is that when I load with RPH all my plugins load on startup and load fine but after they finish loading my game stays in the loading screen indefinitely. When I load with the normal gta5 launcher the game just crashes every time. now I know this is a mod folder issue because when I change the mods folder to "_mods" everything loads fine. No idea what happened to the folder so any help would be great!

Ensure you updated your mods folder.

To update:

Please delete update2.rpf from your mods folder & re-add a fresh copy from GTAV/update. 

Note that any graphics modifications will need to be re-installed, this cannot be avoided.

So things like "VisualV" and "better radiance" need to be updated?

Hello @Charlie686 I am having the same exact issue. Sorry for the silly question but:

"Please delete update2.rpf from your mods folder & re-add a fresh copy from GTAV/update." can you explain how to add a fresh copy from GTAVupdate?

@EB5656so in your mods folder you have an "Update" folder. In there delete update2.rpf. Now after you have done that go to your main gta5 directory and navigate to the "Update" folder that exists in there. In that folder copy the update2.rpf that is in there and paste it in your "update" folder that exists in your "Mods" folder. I hope this helps. that is what I did and it fixed my mods folder completely.
