Your GrammarPolice custom.ini has an error. It expected a value that should have been true or false, but it received something else. You most likely misspelt true or false somewhere. Check that! 🙂

Does story mode work without RAGEPluginHook? What have you tried already? What recent changes have you made?

Hey there, Welcome to the modding scene! Pursuit Pack requires ScriptHookVDotNet -> you don't have this installed, but it can be downloaded from here. This is causing your the crash you described. 🙂 However, be aware that ScriptHookVDotNet does have compatibility issues with RAGEPluginHook. You can read about that here. Hope this helps.
