In your lspdfr.ini set AmbientSpawn.DisableRandomUnits to true. Also for safekeeping, increase your Plugin Timeout Threshold to 60,000 - this can be done in the RAGE settings. Have a fantastic Christmas, Charlie686

You need to update RagePluginHook & update GTAV by deleting GTA5.exe in your directory, then verifying your game files.
