could someone make or find a mod that allows you to put alpr or push bars or antenna its like a customize mod for your cop vehicles.Like what this mod did but not for wheels [ADD-ON] Wheel Variety Pack

im using a backup i deleted the broken one thanks anyways.

When i load gta with RPH and load plugins such as lspdfr it says verify game ownership that loads then the normal loading for gta starts then it quits to desktop idk what it is.
