Hello! I have been trying to add more police vehicles to my GTA game for a while now and no matter what I do, it always seems to crash my game on start up. I have tried using the DLC packs that are already there, Ive tried some that add DLC packs, I have followed multiple tutorials and videos and no matter what I do my game crashes on start up. Does anyone know how to fix this? (Replacing vehicles works fine)

whenever i attempt to open a file in openIV it doesnt respond for a minute or so and then it finally opens. I dont think this is normal and am wondering if there is any way to fix it VIDEO (dont mind the horrendous taurus i was fixing textures lol)

Heyy kinda new to LSPDFR and have been doing ok learning by myself and with youtube videos but one thing I cant seem to fix is the fact that occasionally I get random Debris in the middle of the road the the AI will just plow into at full speed and create giant pileups on freeways and whatnot. Its really annoying and dont know if its a glitch or a feature of one of my plugins. I would like to disable it if I can (image of it)

Does anyone know why after my call is code 4 and I'm about to start to clean up the scene. Usually a car or something will run through the scene and make all my AI backup start going after it? or, occasionally Ill just be patrolling and randomly Ill get a blip on my map and it will start a pursuit? Its really getting annoying and I'm wondering If anyone knows how to fix it! (I have attached an image of all my plugins if that helps anyone)
