Hi, I don't know the best place for this. I'll give it a go here. I want to make custom car skins. I have googled this but have came up empty or the video/instructions are old/out dated or not the right one. My local police cars are not a texture yet... I would like to make them, post them and play them! Could someome please help me with finding the right files... Or instructions on how to make custom car! Thank you!
