  2. Odd, swore I updated it. Let me reinstall RAGE Plugin Hook's latest version and see if maybe I forgot it amongst the other updates. Edit : That's what it was. What I get for trying to update my mods at 3:00 AM I suppose lol. You guys can close/move the thread!.

  4. Thanks boss, appreciate the work you and everyone at the LSPDFR team does. As well as all the community here making amazing Plugins/Callouts/Scripts!. Been playing since the start and on GTA IV LCPDFR, and I can't even count how many times GTA V has been updated and you guys have had to repeat this process. Once again just want to let you know we the players are truly grateful for the updates for compatibility with new versions. And also just as impressive is the haste in which you guys work to update your mod once Rockstar updates GTA V itself. It was under 5-7 days!. Amazing work!.
  5. So should I just install LSPDFR and the new Scripthook V?. I noticed that ragepluginhook is included with the LSPDFR manual installer, should I use that or the independent release files for Rage Plugin Hook?. Does it make a difference?.
  6. Mods don't make money, sadly it's that simple. Rockstars greatest concern is online multiplayer populations and micro-transactions through shark cards. Remember every-time you modify a skin, weapon, or anything like that technically speaking that's something Rockstar wishes they could monetize and sell. In GTA Online people PAY for skins for guns and their character. Meanwhile we simply mod the textures and enjoy the changes we so please. That probably drives Rockstar insane.
  7. It's impossible now. Rockstar basically screwed single player gamers and modders when they released their launcher. And now you cannot even run in offline mode on Steam to prevent updates. If Rockstar releases an update for GTA Online, despite you only playing offline and within LSPDFR you don't have a choice to decline said update. You will have your game updated, whether you like it or not. I have been playing since LCPDFR in 2010 and it gets more and more frustrating with the updates Rockstar puts out. I would not be shocked if GTA 6 straight up had no singleplayer mod support. Hell with the way things are going with single player games I'll be shocked if the next GTA even has more than a 10 hour singleplayer story lol. Such a shame.
  8. Damn, back in the day you could just use offline mode. Such a shame. Hopefully LSPDFR and Scripthook receive an update within a few days or weeks. All we can do is hang tight now. Just sucks to have some multiplayer update for your game when you exclusively play and use said game for it's single player lol.
  9. I already have multiple mods for Cyberpunk 2077, the " Nexus " mod website is already getting the ball rolling with that kinda stuff. Sadly with that being said I don't think anything even 1/5th of LSPDFR could be made in Cyberpunk, I own it on PC and the AI and law enforcement system is sadly non-existant almost.
  10. So I disable updates for GTA V and such, and still it always updates. It does this for nearly all of my steam games. Is there something I am missing with the rockstar games launcher or something?. Or is it just impossible to launch your game without steam/rockstar launcher updating it or something?. I was in the process of still modding my setup so coincidentally I just backed up last night. What can I do to assure it doesn't update once I put it into the correct folder location?.

  12. We can add our own actions and commands by adding them into the custom section with the same formatting correct?.
  13. So the better EMS uses a stretcher, and I love STP and use nearly all of it's features and only have a gripe with one. The animations of them carrying the body bags is nice, but is there a way to make them use and load a stretcher into the coroner van like better EMS does with wounded/rescued peds?. Something that the body bag could go ontop of, and the coroners can push to the van doors. I have this, but it does not seem to change anything. Better coroners worked fine with STP though, and modded vehicles. Just trying to put the cherry on top with the stretcher. Anyone have any ideas?. Thanks in advance.
  14. I swore last install I had a ton more weapons, like all the Mk II variants and other weapons as well. I'm trying to remember what the mod I had before that got me that.
  15. So I know there are a good bit of working call out packs for 0.48. But is there any specifically that are designed for like serving warrants and such. Like call outs in which you get a general location on the map ( yellow circle ) and have to find a roaming suspect somewhere around that said area?.

  17. Aside from all the general good suggestions for call outs to add to the pack, I would recommend adding some more tame and mild ones as well. It's good to have some calm callouts in-between the intense ones with knives, guns, and fights and such. Maybe something like the examples below... - Argument between beach-goers ( Peaceful Resolution through dialogue selection options? ) - Narcotics Found On Beach ( Simple object recovery, make it for public safety ) - Solicitation ( Male / Female ) - Possible OD ( Unconscious person / Call EMS in time or revive! ) - Jewelry stolen from beach-goer ( A person took off their jewelry before swimming, and now it's gone!. Have the victim give a suspect lead, and do followup. ) - Report of marijuana smell on beach ( locate the suspect smoking marijuana on the beach) - Beach party group dispute ( someone is playing music too loudly close to another beach-goer. Calm the parties down and find a solution!.)
  18. So, I want to make some call out packs. Figure I'm best off figuring out C# first, and then actually take it from there. What program should I use?, Microsoft Visual Studio still fine for that?. Aside from that, is there any other tips or tricks I should know before getting involved?.

The mod I used to utilize for this stopped working for some reason, oddly now when I replace the weapons.meta with Open IV it doesn't alter the weapon ammo values in the game, but if I edit the weapons.meta file itself I see the values are lowered. Not sure why it's not working, as I have a fresh install with just LSPDFR so far. Is there any reason why replacing the weapons.meta would not work as it did before?. As mentioned before if I edit the .meta file all the values are lowered as per the moddded Weapons.meta I downloaded, yet in game all of the weapons are 9999 on ammo or some such high number.
