This is a must-have mod if you want any realism in your game. No longer can you stand in the open and mag dump some dude who is shooting at you. The increased damage and improved combat AI make shootouts a lot more challenging. It also makes you think about your equipment as you go into each callout; I've died dozens of times after being lasered by suspects with rifles.
