    Hello. My game lags when the Backup Menu is opened or when I'm in pursuit. CPU and GPU usage isn't even high (screenshot attached). No plugins are installed. Vanilla runs smoothly even on high video settings. My specs: GTX 1060 6GB, i5-8400, 16GB RAM.
