Is this pack supposed to replace the sheriff and sheriff2 files?

Man, thank you so much for this plugin. In my opinion it is so much better than vocal dispatch, it will pick up my voice with multiple people talking in the same room as me, accurately as well. The hold to talk feature is amazing, it is nice to be able to talk without dispatch interrupting me. Thank you so much for this mod man. Keep making it the best you can!
