  1. cannot arrest red dots

    Get to da chopper posted a topic in LSPDFR 0.4 for Legacy Edition Support
    I have a problem if there is a red dot on the street, a potential criminal, and if I stop him I cannot arrest him. he / she raises hands but there is nothing I can do. Is that normal? it's different when I take an order, it works.
