    Hey Rich! I have an issue with this plugin. BOLO isn't working for me. Everytime i open RPH console i see "Looking for BOLO vehicles; No suitable BOLO suspects found" First i thought that plugins in fact just can't find a suitable vehicle, however i didn't get a single BOLO in almost 3 weeks of playing with this plugin (BOLO is set to true in .ini file)
