Initially it seemed to work and then I installed Stop The Ped....... Once that was installed the game started crashing again as soon as I turned on the controller. Any ideas?

Hi, I have been getting constant crashes when going on duty. This is includes forceduty and going to a Police Station. However, I think I have worked out what the problem is.... I use an Xbox One controller. Prior to going on duty the controller was always turned on and the game would crash. I now leave the controller off and go on duty. It works everytime. As soon as I turn the controller on, the game crashes. Does anyone have a solution on how I can stop the game from crashing when I turn the controller on? Thanks.

The game is still crashing every time I hit start duty. I am unable to find where I disable ambient events. This is becoming increasingly frustrating. Please let me know anything else I should be doing.

Thank you for the reply. I was able to get it to work after I restarted my computer. I will also disable lspdfr ambient events. If I struggle to disable them I will write here and post a screenshot. Thanks

Hi Everyone, I am new to the game and have played it for quite a few hours without issue. The only plugin I had installed was Traffic Policer. I have just installed 'Stop The Ped' and 'Ultimate Backup'. I am able to load the game fine but as soon as I attempt to go on duty the game crashes immediately. I have tried re-installing the 2 plugins but it continues to crash. I am looking for suggestions on what to do. I have attached the log file which is like gibberish to me. Hi Everyone, I have just got my first gaming computer and want to confirm if I will be able to run LSPDFR without any issues? Sorry if this has been asked before but I don't know to much about computers. I will post the specs of my PC below. Thanks in advanced for your help.
