Thanks Chris! I've already done Mateo's suggestion a lot of times. Even reinstalled GTA V. In regards to the version number, did I download the wrong version or did anything wrong? If so what's the solution? Thank you for the help guys.

I am using no plugins and the latest version of RPH , . When I start the game, when I recieve a callout the game crashes. The same is for calling for backup. I can pull peds over fine. I also have no dispatch bar in the bottom left of the screen when recieving a callout. Here is my pastebin crash log: https://pastebin.com/qthHEFiE Been trying to fix this the whole damn day.
