    I am having a problem where its like ELS is not working at all. the lights are just steady burn. I only have ELS mod now because update. do you need script hook v for ELS or does ELS work on its own

    I am have a similar problem but when I spawn the car a few lights are on a bit but the infopanel not work ether it is like it is not working at all
