  1. vehicles.oac(Line 3232): Invalid RIFF/WAVE file

    When I try to import new sirens with openiv and the vehicles.oac file, it prompts me with vehicles.oac(Line 3232): Invalid RIFF/WAVE file. I've looked all over YouTube and other sites, but nothing has fixed it. I tried moving it onto my desktop then the folder with the sirens, but I still get error messages. I've done everything right so I don't know how to fix this. Does anyone else know how to fix this?
