    Hi, I know this is not rockstar support but since rockstar games has the weakest support team who just try to help by asking you to restart your computer and try again so I decided to share this issue with great lspdfr community, I unfortunately updated my gta lately and I got the new launcher, when I go offline I click on play and it gets dimmed for some seconds and then nothing happens, and sometimes when I open the game offline it just says game has not been released yet.
