    I'm just curious to anyone in the LSPDFR community if they can let me know if it's completely ok and legal to just retexture an original author's model. For example I found in the lspdfr website png files to retexture for a certain vest for example. I just need to know if it's ok to do so assuming this is the same for vehicle models as well. This is just for using it in the game not taking one's model to claim as my own I give full credit to the authors that made LSPDFR great.

    Ok as I understand you posted downloads that are free to use from LSPDFR so long of course I don't breach TOS, and you have paid models that require a transaction to obtain them am I correct?
