    It is actually quite simple once you understand it. There are many tutorials on youtube, take a look around. And to insert cars you need the program OpenIV

    Go to the RagePlugin settings and enter the following into "plugin timeout threshold": 60000. Close Rageplugin hook and start GTA V first, shortly afterwards start rageplugin hook and then it should work. If it doesn't work, go back to the RagePlugin hook settings and under plugins set: Dont load any plugins on startup. In the game you simply load the plugin yourself by calling the console F4. With load plugin you can load lspdfr and with the command forceduty you are on duty. Hope it works for u.
