    Hi, Yes, the first place I went to was the FAQ section and I made sure that my GTA is the newest version and I opened vanilla GTA without changing anything and it worked fine. I have attached what I think is my logs folder. I My issue is when in the loading screen, I get a popup telling my that LSPD First Response.dll has crashed. However, when I only load LSPD First Response it says it crashes and load the game just without the mod. I have EUP menu installed as well, and when I select to load that only it crashes and takes me back to my desktop.     Title says it all. I have EUP menu, ELS, and one car installed. I have tried it with only loading ELS and it works fine, and the car works in normal GTA.
