    You have to HOLD E and the red bar will fill up HOLD E while pointing down the sights at them keep your gun trained on them until they lay on the ground.

    So ive installed Stop The Ped, Ultimate backup and Compulite and anytime i try to go on duty i crash. My LSPDFR works fine without those. RagePluginHook.log
